Please bring your insurance card(s) and ID at your first visit. We will help you find out about your coverage before the treatment.

Please note some services and products may not be covered by your insurance policies but covered under out of network deductibles.  It is encouraged that you confirm with your insurance providers for your acupuncture benefits.
